How to set up a tire recycling pyrolysis plant? Below are the main steps you should be focused.
Please visit our website for more information on this topic.
Tire recycling pyrolysis plant project
Step I. Project investigation
A. How to collect waste tires or plastics? Collect by yourself or directly buy from the tire collectors?
B. How much do you need to pay for the waste tires or plastics?
Like in China, we need to pay 200-300 dollars for one ton waste tires, and 600-700 dollars for the plastics, which is very expensive. But in Latin America, like Mexico, for one ton tires, it only cost about 30 dollars or free. And even in some countries, if you can dispose the waste tires and plastics, the government will pay you.
C. How to deal with the final products? Sell them or used for yourself?
D. If you want to sell out the products to get money, how much can you sell? How about the profit?
Note: Instructions for the final products

Final products applications
Step II. Profit Analysis
Here is the profit analysis made by our Macedonia customer. Please check it for your reference. (Note: This analysis was made in , the statistics are not new.)
Macedonia customer profit anylysis for youre reference
Step III. Prepare the land
For one set tire recycling pyrolysis plant , it needs about 35m*15m land to be installed. And for one set distillation plant, it needs about 20m*15m land. If you already had the workshop, the height should be at least 6m. And dont forget that you need to reserve the land for storing the waste tires/plastics and the final products.
Besides, for the tire recycling pyrolysis plant, it will need some underground foundation works. Its better not to make floor pavement. But if you already made, its also no problem. We can also make the above ground foundation.

Step IV. Buy the machine
Since this pyrolysis plant is similar as pressure vessel, which requires high standard quality control and safety measures. When you are ready to buy the machine, there are several important points that you need to pay more attention:
A. Quality control
Please confirm whether the pyrolysis plant meets the quality certification of some authoritative organizations and whether the materials used in the tyre pyrolysis plant meet the standards.
B. Safety measures
Whether the pyrolysis plant is equipped with water seal, oil- gas separator, negative pressure and other safety devices.
C. Environmental protection measures
There are mainly 4 possible sources of pollution for the waste tyre/plastic pyrolysis system, and they are respectively water pollution, air pollution, bad smell and noise pollution. With the gradual enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection, this is a factor that must be considered when purchasing machine. Take the machine produced by DOING company as an example. The following can be done in environmental protection.
Odor removal and dedusting system of tire recycling pyrolysis plant

waste-tire-pyrolysis-plantDo you know that over 1 billion waste tyres are generated each year, posing a significant environmental and health risk? This is where the waste tire pyrolysis plant comes into play. Waste tyres are transformed into valuable products during this process, making them an excellent solution for tyre recycling.
So, exactly what is waste tyre pyrolysis? It is a method of subjecting tyres to high temperatures in the absence of oxygen. As a result, the rubber is broken down into smaller molecules such as fuel oil, carbon black, and steel wire. The process takes place in a reactor where the tyres are heated to high temperatures, allowing the rubber to chemically degrade.
One of the primary advantages of waste tyre pyrolysis is that it allows waste tyres to be recycled, reducing the need for landfilling or incineration. The processs end products can be used in a variety of applications, including fuels, new tyre production, and as raw materials in the production of other chemicals.
For example, pyrolysis fuel oil can be used to replace diesel or other fuels in power plants, cement kilns, and other industrial facilities. Carbon black can be used to make black pigment for inks, paints, and other products. The steel wire can be sold as scrap metal or reused in the manufacture of new tyres.
Waste tyres can be transformed into valuable products that benefit both the environment and the economy through the process of waste tyre pyrolysis. Waste tyre pyrolysis is a tyre recycling solution that allows valuable materials to be recovered from tyres while reducing the need for landfilling or incineration.
Heres a step-by-step guide to the process of waste tire pyrolysis:
First, prepare the waste tyres for pyrolysis by removing any non-rubber materials such as metal, fabric, or dirt. This is typically accomplished using a combination of mechanical and manual techniques.
The prepared tyres are then shredded into smaller pieces, increasing the surface area exposed to heat and facilitating the pyrolysis reaction.
In the absence of oxygen, the shredded tyres are loaded into a reactor and heated to high temperatures (typically between 350450°C). This initiates the pyrolysis reaction, which causes the rubber to degrade into smaller molecules.
Various gasses, such as hydrogen, methane, and carbon monoxide, are produced during the pyrolysis reaction. These gasses can be collected and used as fuel to heat the reactor or for other energy-related purposes.
Condensation is the process by which the remaining gasses and vapors are cooled and condensed into liquid products such as fuel oil, gasoline, and diesel. These products can be refined further to remove impurities and improve quality.
These are among the solid residues produced by the pyrolysis process. Carbon black can be used as a raw material in the manufacture of various chemicals and products, whereas steel wire can be recycled or sold as scrap metal.
Waste tire pyrolysis is not only an environmentally friendly solution, but it also provides a way to generate revenue from waste tires. By transforming tires into valuable products, it offers a sustainable solution for tire recycling and waste management. So, lets embrace the power of waste tire pyrolysis and contribute to a greener future!
Waste tire oil, which is a byproduct of the waste tyre pyrolysis plant process, can be used for a variety of purposes. Some of the most common uses of waste tire oil include:
Waste tire oil can be used as a fuel source in industrial boilers, cement kilns, and other industrial facilities. It is a good alternative to traditional fossil fuels because it is cheaper, produces fewer emissions, and is readily available.
Waste tire oil can also be used to generate electricity through the use of waste tire oil-fired power plants. This is an environmentally friendly solution that reduces the dependence on fossil fuels and contributes to the generation of clean energy.
Waste tire oil can also be used for heating purposes, such as heating buildings and industrial facilities.
Waste tire oil can also be refined to produce diesel, gasoline, and other fuels. Refined fuel can be used for transportation and other purposes, making it an attractive alternative to traditional fossil fuels.
