Generally, the stroke required for blanking and fine pressing process is small, while the stroke required for bending and deep drawing process is large. The stroke of the press used for deep-drawing parts should be at least 2.5 times greater than or equal to the height of the finished part.

  3. Closing height

    The closing height of the press refers to the height between the bottom plane of the slide and the working table when the slide is at the lower stop. Adjust the length of the press linkage to adjust the size of the closing height. When the press linkage is adjusted to the uppermost position, the closing height reaches its maximum value, which is called the maximum closing height. When the press linkage is adjusted to the bottom position, the closing height reaches the minimum value, which is called 4.
