Bearing Repair - Bearing Reconditioning Services

Bearing Repair

According to various sources, a bearing can often be repaired instead of being outright replaced, offering significant cost savings. The savings on a reconditioned bearing can range from 20% to 80% when compared to purchasing a new one.

The process begins with an in-depth cleaning and inspection to evaluate the bearing's current condition.

Raceways may be polished or re-ground as needed, and new parts such as rollers are crafted, while cage pockets are enlarged where necessary.

Every worn or damaged area is reworked or replaced to ensure the bearing's complete restoration.

The final inspection ensures that all components undergo a thorough check, assuring that each reconditioned bearing adheres to our stringent quality standards for extended service life.
