The primary focus of Unique Forging is product design. Our experienced engineers utilize years of forging expertise to achieve optimum productivity and innovation. CAD/CAM software is used alongside forging procedures for optimized die design, ensuring high quality in the first attempt.
2. Tool Room:
Unique Forgings boasts a die shop with fully equipped machines. We have complete die-making capabilities, using 3D CAD/CAM design tools alongside Vertical Machining Centers, CNC Vertical lathes, and other high-speed machinery. By manufacturing and heat treating all forging dies in-house, Unique Forgings offers faster turnarounds and more affordable prices to its customers.
3. Cutting Shop:
We have numerous bimetallic high-speed band saws, enabling us to meet high forging capacity. The preparation of raw material is crucial for any forging process. The final quality of forged items is closely linked to the raw material and its processing. Raw Material Processing involves several activities: Raw Material Purchase, Inspection, Storage, Issue, Cutting, and Transfer for Forging.

We utilize well-equipped hammers and friction presses to produce forged components tailored to customer specifications. Unique Forgings excels in open-die forgings, using a Pyrometer-sensed three-way temperature control mechanism for billet heating. Our in-house metallurgical lab supports these forging and heat-treating activities.
Our metallurgical engineers have extensive experience analyzing chemical and structural compositions, verifying mechanical properties, and conducting detailed component analyses.

Closed-Die Forging:
Closed-die forging enables the forging of various profiles and holder items such as shafts, gear blanks, pinions, shackles, and c-clamps.
● Open-Die Forging:
Open-die forging produces step shafts, gear blanks, gears, solid shafts, blocks, trunnions, torque rods, etc.
5. Heat Treatment Shop:
Our in-house heat treatment facilities afford us complete control over producing high-quality forgings. We offer Normalizing, Iso-Thermal Annealing, Controlled Chilling, Hardening & Tempering, and Carburizing, with all process data digitally controlled according to the component's requirements.
Additionally, we have multiple induction hardening equipment for various applications based on customer specifications.
6. Machine Shop:
Our machining section is fully capable of producing and delivering high-quality machined components, representing an ideal blend of technical knowledge and world-class infrastructure.
Our machining lines are versatile and adaptable to various products based on customer needs. We execute assembly procedures such as MIG-welding, press-fitting, and other metallic coatings. We are equipped to meet complex precision requirements with world-class measuring instruments.
