Suitable for carbon or manganese steels, it offers a fast-freeze weld metal ideal for rebuilding sloped and vertical surfaces like crusher mantles, liners, and dredge pump shells. Designed for heavy abrasion and severe impact, this wire supports multipass applications with unlimited build-up. The deposit will work harden to 60+ Rockwell.

Free Shipping:
All US orders over $100 qualify for free shipping, barring exceptions for Hawaii & Alaska. Orders under 150 lbs will be shipped via a Common Carrier or Freight Truck. For orders exceeding 150 lbs, we will use a Freight Truck or Drop Ship Method based on availability.

UPS Shipping:
We offer UPS shipping for all orders under 150 lbs. The default method in the contiguous United States is standard UPS® Ground.
You may choose to upgrade through the following methods:

UPS Restrictions:
Any item over 150 lbs or exceeding the UPS maximum package size constraints of 130 inches (length + girth: 2 x width + 2 x height) cannot be shipped via UPS. UPS requires a street address and does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Military Mail addresses.
USPS Shipping:
USPS Priority Mail is available for orders under 15 lbs. If UPS cannot deliver to your P.O. Box or APO/FPO Military address, we will ship via the United States Postal Service delivery system (Parcel Post).
Exception for Alaska or Hawaii:
